CJP arrived in Tamil Nadu not to understand its politics (no one fully does) but to celebrate the spirit of a people who have always resisted central authority, preserved their language fiercely, and produced more nationally consequential politicians per capita than almost any other state.
Tamil CJP members are not casual quiz-takers.
