No Refunds

All products on CJPMember.in are purely digital. When you unlock a profile template or any other purchasable feature, you receive immediate digital access. No physical item is produced, packaged, or shipped.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a technical error on our part.

Digital Products Only

CJPMember.in does not sell, manufacture, or dispatch any physical goods. There are no couriers, no tracking numbers, no delivery addresses, and no estimated delivery times because nothing is shipped.

All purchasable items — including profile card templates and any future premium features — are digital products delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment.

Instant Access Upon Payment

Upon successful completion of a payment, your purchase is reflected in your account immediately. You can access your unlocked templates and features by logging into your account on CJPMember.in.

If you complete payment but do not see your purchase reflected in your account within 15 minutes, please contact us at admin@cjpmember.in with your payment confirmation and we will resolve it promptly.

All Sales Are Final

Given the digital nature of all products on this platform, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered to your account.

By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is immediately accessible, and you agree that no refund will be issued after the transaction is complete.

When We Will Refund

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances only:

Technical failure: If you were charged but did not receive access to the purchased product due to a technical error on our platform, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of your report.

Duplicate charge: If your account was charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error.

To raise a refund request under either exception, email us at admin@cjpmember.in within 7 days of the transaction, including your payment confirmation details.
