Brothers and sisters, we gather not as believers of any faith, but as citizens done with division. We reject the "secular state." We do not want neutrality toward religion. We demand Total Legal De-recognition: erase the words "God" and "Religion" completely from all laws, courts, Constitution, and official documents. Zero legal recognition. Zero protections. Zero privileges.
This is not banning belief. Pray at home. Build your temples or mosques with your own money. That’s your private matter. But the state must treat all supernatural claims like my Celestial Teapot orbiting Jupiter. If you mock the Teapot, I cannot file an FIR for hurt sentiments. No police. No court. Same for every god.
Why De-recognition, not Secularism?
Secularism still recognizes religions as legal entities to "manage equally." We want total erasure. No mention. No special status. The law sees only citizens.
Three Pillars:
End All Blasphemy Laws: Scrap Section 295A and every "hurt sentiments" rule. Free speech includes criticizing, mocking, or rejecting any belief. Gods don’t need sub-inspectors.
Private Club Status: Temples, mosques, churches = chess clubs. Standard taxes, civil laws, no government boards, no funding, no interference.
Singular Human Code: One uniform civil law for marriage, divorce, inheritance, adoption. No religious personal laws. Courts see contracts between citizens only.
Politicians love religion for vote banks. De-recognition strips their weapon. No more riots over cartoons or processions. Disputes stay social, not legal.
We roaches are resilient. We want fairness—not metaphysical drama. Implement now: repeal sentiment laws, convert institutions to private status, enact Uniform Human Code, and delete "religion/God" from all statutes.
