Request for Statutory Clarification from AICTE and Department of Higher Education: If AICTE Is Unable to Enforce Its Own Guidelines (File No. 1-29/CM/AICTE/2023, dated 27.03.2023 that permits core Engineering faculty to teach in Emerging areas) Through Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) despite 130 grievances(Registered in Central Public Grievance portals-PG/PMO PG/DPG) attached to Director of AICTE Training and Learning Bureau since June 2024, Then Under Whose Authority Were All Emerging Engineering Programmes Assigned Under CSE(i.e.CSE(IoT),CSE(AI&ML),CSE(Data Science )..etc) Despite the AICTE Approval Process Handbook (2020–2021 Onwards) Recognizing that both CSE and ECE Department equally eligible to Offer Emerging Programmes—Seeking Immediate Rectification of the AICTE APH Nomenclature Error and Prevention of Discrimination and Artificial Unemployment of Eligible ECE and other Core Engineering Faculty-Reg.

Despite forwarding  130 grievances(Registered in Central Public Grievance Portal-PG/PMO PG/DPG) to AICTE since June 2024, the following issues remain unresolved:

2.Failure to rectify the AICTE Approval Process Handbook (APH) nomenclature error.

3.Failure to secure withdrawal of the JNTUH Circular (Lr. No. UAAC/Faculty/Eligibility dated 27.07.2021) restricting interdisciplinary faculty participation to 10%,Which is contrdicts to AICTE guidelines,NEP 2020 Guidelines and Article 14 & 16 of the constitution of India.

4.Continued denial of equal academic and employment opportunities to eligible Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE) and other Core Engineering faculty in Telangana-Resulting in Discrimination and unemployment of Eligible ECE and other core Engineering branch faculty.
