How Can Uneducated People Run Our Education System?

I don't care about the money. I don't care where the funds are going or not going. That's not even the real problem.

The real problem is this — the people sitting in positions meant to educate us are themselves uneducated. Zero literacy. Literally zero. How does that even make sense?

We put our trust, our children, our future in the hands of people who don't even understand what they're supposed to be teaching. Not because they lack resources, but because they were never qualified to be there in the first place. Somebody just gave them the seat.

This is not a funding problem. This is not an infrastructure problem. This is a basic, obvious problem — you cannot teach what you do not know. You cannot lead an education system if you yourself have no education.

I want to ask a simple question: how did these people get these positions? Who approved this? Why is nobody talking about this?

If the foundation is broken, everything built on top of it will be broken too. Fix the foundation. Put qualified, educated people in charge of educating us. That's not a big demand. That's the bare minimum.
